Nillumbik Shire Council Says...

Nillumbik offers library services in partnership with Banyule and Whittlesea as the Yarra Plenty Regional Library Service (YPRL). YPRL has a robust stock maintenance program where items are withdrawn from the collection due to age, non-use, currency and irrelevance. The slight decrease is reflective of the drop in value of the Australian dollar and the resulting decrease in the purchasing power of the Collections Budget.
