Port Phillip City Council Says...

The cost of library service is influenced by the total number of library visits. Port Phillip has continued to work towards ensuring the cost of the library service remains stable whilst responding to increased usage in the area of both loans and visits. The impact of COVID-19 on library closures during the months of March through to June 2020 has restricted the number of visits to the library.
