The percentage of infants enrolled into the MCH service can be higher than birth notifications as "infants" are age 0-1 year, therefore some families have moved into the municipality after the birth of the child. The CDIS system will pick the child up in one municipality only when running this report, with one council showing an increase and the other council showing a decrease.
