Whitehorse City Council Says...

Our library collection continues to be maintained to a high standard and compares favourably with Victorian state benchmarks. The decrease in the 2020/21 indicator result reflects a combination of less items purchased over the past five years, which is partly due to stock supply issues during COVID-19, as well as an increase in the number of library collection items.
